Is wealth Immoral. Is being above someone else okay. Is being to afford things other people can’t go against a moral code. Is hard work immoral. What if that wealth is aqquired through hard work. Is that wrong. Many people have asked that question since the creation of money and wealth. If being ric is immoral, is living poor moral. Is living hungry moral. Is living your whole life looking for scraps moral. I argue that the type of wealth can either be moral or immoral. For example, if a man works 70hrs a week, however he makes a large amount of money, is that moral. I argue yes. It is earned. He sacrificed his time to the job to make that money. However, what if a man recieved wealth from doing something bad. Then it is immoral. I would say the way money is earned determines its morality.
Is it moral to be wealthier than others. Is it okay to have access to somethings that other people don’t. Really it all depends. For this question there may be no answer. It all truth, I am not sure. Being rich is like walking a moral tight rope. Sometimes it will be moral, and others it will not. However, anyone who is always wealthy is almost never moral. Elon Muck, Klaus Shaub, Andrew Carnegie. All these men lived their lives in wealth. That is not moral I believe. Being rich for so long changes what it means to be wealthy. When you live with that much money, you are constantly trying to keep for you r self.
