The Ron Paul Curriculum is one the very best homeschool platforms on the internet. With very flexible lessons, and teaching styles, it is a strong leader in the homeschool world. Not only is everything taught with a different style, the lessons are manageable and not over crowding. This is my second year into the RPC and I couldn’t be happier. Because of the Ron Paul, I have gained an education that could not be found in public school. Additionally if my parents need to see something, they can log in on their computers and make sure its all good.
One of the main topics frequently talked about is the fact of Business. We have discussed the fact that having business skills is more useful then knowing how to flip a burger. While they may sound obvious, many people in todays economy do not even think out owning their own business. They automatically think that they will go work for someone else. Having a differing mindset has shown a side of business that I really like. They’re are many opportunities for those who wish to open their own business. Throughout the business class, I learned many things about myself, that I wouldn’t otherwise know. For example, I know I am extremely competitive. I have a want get ahead of others. While in no other aspect of my life am I like this, in the world of business, I have discovered I have a side that is very fast moving and opportunity driven.
Throughout having learned many business skills, it is hard to pick just one. I really have grown to like the, all. Ad writing is something I have grown to enjoy, and out of that I have learned the elevator, and in person ad. While some don’t view it as exciting, every elevator is a opportunity to meet someone new, give them something they want, and even make some money at it.
As said before, I have learned a plethora of skills, (so many, its hard to remember.) But when the smoke has cleared, and this these skills I now know, there are so many ways to make money. So many ways to advance my career. simply using my knowledge that has been given to me, I will hopefully be able to make a sustainable living that I could raise a full family on.
While other curriculums great in many ways, the RPC soars above them all. What I have learned in business is so important, that even the rest of my family has listened in. It is highly recommended, to anyone who wants to learn the ins and outs of a competitive business marketplace.
