Discuss some of the key ideas of the Renaissance. The Renaissance is a very important time in western civilization development. Many things were created and thought of during that time, which we still use today. Many people started to have core beliefs. For example, humanism, individualism, well roundness, and many others. These core beliefs could be seen throughout their culture in many ways. Their art, science, and math were all based around these core ideas and reflected them.
In what ways does Petrarch embody the spirit of the Renaissance? Petrarch does embody the spirit of the Renaissance. This because of a few reasons. Number one being that he contributed greatly to humanism. Something that was extremely important in the Renaissance. Number 2 being his writing included diversity and change, which was shown in the Renaissance.
