Procrastination kills
Procrastination is one of the nations biggest problems. It is something everybody struggles with. Putting things off, and waiting, is easier than doing it, Right? The answer is no. Procrastination never helps anybody, and to be honest, it makes situations much much worse. As said before, just about everybody has a problem with procrastination. The problem is, overcoming procrastination, and becoming productive. But how? By doing it when it needs to first be done. Getting in a habit of doing something when it is first “assigned” Is something not many people do. They shove it off to the side and find something else. This helps no one. Now it is taking longer to do it. For example, if a student is assigned homework for over the weekend, almost everyone does it on Sunday. But, think of how much happier you would be if you did it right there on Friday. Putting things off can also ruin the Quality of the “assignment”. Losing important ideas, losing train of thought. Putting things off, is truly the worst. Doing it right then and there always increases productivity, because it builds a habit. Putting things off does the same thing. Procrastination does truly kill. But simple Things such as doing when needed builds habit, and procrastination can be beat. I am not saying gun it all at once, taking breaks and listening to music is a good way to zone out and get things done. Not every body procrastinates, but using these tools, nobody should.
