The ideal apprenticeship job, and why. The ideal apprenticeship would be where I would do something I am interested in. What is very important however is that the company can allow the worker to explore and find out all about the company. Being able to grow in a job is very important because it means the company likes the person and wants to be able to keep them. Another thing the ideal apprenticeship should be is one where the boss would train the person in all parts of the job, and show the person all parts of the company. This way the person can decide if they would really want to do those things. Growth and exploration are two of the most important things to me. Another aspect that would be good hours. A good 9 to 5 would be good to learn and do the job well. All of this is what would make up and ideal apprenticeship. Of course there ae things lime it being close to home, and not having to travel. Those are also things that would make up the ideal apprenticeship.
