lesson 65 Business

“I will sell my business when it makes a profit of [$??] a year, so that I can [??]. I am willing to sell my business under a few conditions. The first being that since this business is full time, the income would be about $80,000. In order to sell my business, I would sell it worth three years income. This is roughly 240,000 dollars.  After that is taken care of, I would then sell the assets and the owners’ equity. These are each worth about 50,000 dollars, bringing my total up to 340,000 dollars. But that would not be it. I would like to stay in the business, and help it grow, by being a consulting manager.  I would sell the business to help focus on hobbies and other activities that I enjoy. With running the business, time would’ve been tight, and I would have not been able to do them.
