Throughout reading Korsakov’s Book, there are many stories and also many turning points within the book. These really show who he is an an author. Not only do these points show important steps in this man’s life, but also make for an interesting read. These turning points also show how the side characters react to the turning points. Turning points in books are important and can show how a character develops.
One of the most major turning points in my life was going into middle school. This is so important because without going into middle school, l never would have experienced the things done throughout my time there. For example, I was able to start going to football games, joining clubs, and being more social. This is so important because I am continuing my school career and gaining more independence. This also helped lay down the studying habits that I would be using through the rest of life. In addition it helped me be more prepared for college, being around older kids.
Another turning point is learning to barefoot waterski. This is essentially just like water skiing, just directly on your feet. This is one of the most difficult sports I have learned to do. It takes a a lot of determination and courage when because of the high speeds required. So over the winter I went to a school that teaches the sport in Florida with my family. We had lots of fun. Now every weekend, when the waters calm, I can do the sport with my family. I have learned something that has always been on my bucket list. This also means a brand new hobby for me and my family all to enjoy.
A Third turning point would be the time I learned to drive my Grandfather’s truck, so I could help him with plowing when I grow up. This taught courage and self awareness. Now I can help my Grandpa with his plowing. This also taught important driving techniques for the real world that are very important to learn. Now I can spend more time with my Grandfather, and help people in the community.
Like said before, Turning points are one of the most important things in an auto biography, because it shows character development, and how he is changing to the world around him. With writing an auto biography
