Part 1
What I am willing to settle for as achieving in a year for now, is the first few steps in starting a business. This means is, what type of business do I want to create ,who is the customer, and How can I sell to them. These are some of the things I would want. I also want to settle for getting the business name out there, and begin small advertising.
What I am willing to settle for as having achieved on my 18th birthday is having a successful, sustainable business to support me living on my own. I also want to reach out to other people for future employees, and see what the market is like.
I am willing to settle for as having achieved at age 25 is having a state wide company, with a well known name. I am willing to settle for a a middle class profit, and a middle class home. I am not, however, going to stop there. I would like to keep expanding and creating a larger and more successful business.
Part 2
To achieve these goals, I must follow the idea of going the extra mile. Doing something that you are not paid to do, but doing it anyways. This is one of the most, if not the 1 thing to do to expand your business. Going the extra mile is very important in expanding your own business, or climbing the corporate ladder. For me I would use the Going the extra mile technique for expanding my own business. What this means is 1, working with the customers on the principle of service. I would be there for the every need of the customer. Work with them, and really listen to them to understand what they want, and how they want it.
I would also use the going the extra mile technique for the employees of the company. What this means is testing them to see if they really want to do well, or just want the pay check. Promoting the people that want to work, are the people that will benefit the for the business. These are the people that you would definitely want working for you. This idea is important because it benefits all parts of the company. This helps the business the people want to do good.
Going the extra mile is very important for any job or company in the modern world. This not only gives the employee or employer a happier mindset, but also gives the company a good chance of making a lot of capital. Hire the people that want to do good, and the company will do good.
